Thanks Sirius .

Has anyone here used a Drider Sorcerer as part of their warband? How well do they perform in overall close combat?
SiriusBlack Posted - 11 Nov 2004 : 15:51:00
WOTC has a new article detailing The Drider Sorcerer.

Oh, I know of Reaper miniatures (they produced a number of BT minis for several years before Ironwind took over), I just had no idea they produced D&D minis.

That's something I might consider. However, the Sage wishes to try touching it up himself. Afterall, he's had a lot of painting practice with all his WH minis . . .

Then I guess you wouldnt want me to tell him about the Reapers Dark Heavan Mini line

I'm not sure. What is it you're referring to?

Reaper are a company that produce metal minis

The Dark Heavan line are basicly D&Desqe minis

If its not that bad you could touch it up yourselves

Otherwise you could take it back to the store your bought them from, if they cant replace it then you could contact Wizards of the Coast in Australia.

Yes, I recall.

I'm hoping that I'll have a nice little collection though. Since Eberron will be my first time DMing, I'm intending on running an miniature based adventure as well, set somewhere in Khorvaire.

According to MikeD over at WOTC of the next 4 expansions there will be 0-5 Eberron specfic minis in each expansion

I wouldn't go that far. As long as there are metacreationists in your warband, you're bound to have astral constructs at some point...

Guess i could use them as Medium sized Animated stone statues

What book are Astral construct in?

The Psionics Handbooks, both the first one and the XPH.

There are also numerous GRR and Mongoose tomes which detail variant Astral Constructs. There's simply too many books to mentioned all together, but most of these publishers earlier workers contain at least one or two variants.
