Posted - 09 Aug 2025 : 17:51:39 can anyone point me to a source where a 3.5 version of the Wand of Acidic Spheres or Wand of Viscid Globs exists? I can't seem to find either of them.
The acidic spheres is easy enough to replicate as I'd just reskin a wand of melf's acid arrow. The viscid globs is a little trickier to duplicate.
I ran this campaign for a group back in 2e but doing it for a new group under 3.5/PF this time. Any help is much appreciated. |

A wand of acidic spheres had six to seventy-two charges on creation. Every use of the wand's power caused it to be drained of one charge. If it was drained completely, the wand turned into vapor. It was impossible to recharge a wand of acidic spheres.[1]
The power of the wand was to shoot an orb of acid in a straight line from the tip; this ability could be used once per minute. This acid remained for three minutes and sank into anything. It never splashed because of this property.[1]
The accuracy with which the ball of acid hit the target dropped with increasing range.[1]
Only wizards could use a wand of acidic spheres.[1]
