Noble eladrin are powerful archfey of comparative strength to demon princes or archdevils, and who are most commonly found in the Feywild or celestial planes, particularly Arvandor and Gates of the Moon.

As I remember noble eladrin do exist in the fourth edition. They are mentioned in the Player's handbook on page 39.

I don't know do celadrin exist in the fourth edition or not. Maybe somebody can anwser this question?

I'm assuming this isn't the 4e version of Eladrin you are referring to then??

-You're not going to find any books that feature either in any meaningful way (or, Celadrin in any way whatsoever). There was an Eladrin that was an important part of the plot 2/3 of the way through the Last Mythal trilogy, but that's pretty much it.
