As I recall, GRR was offering that template as a free download preview on their website. That's where I got it...  . I'll have to look into that...

The half-drow seems a bit underpowered for being a half-drow. But then, that could be why full drow kill them on sight -- how dare there be an obsidan-skinned, white-haired race that doesn't even have a level adjustment!?    |

Green Ronin's Plot & Poison: A Guidebook to Drow(featuring stunning cover art from Todd Lockwood) also featured a take on half-drow including a template if I recall correctly. |

Half-drow are pretty much the same as any other half-elf... Check out pages 62 and 63 of Races of Faerūn. |
