Posted - 01 Jul 2006 : 04:39:08 Does anybody know about any Harper influence in the Cold Lands? I bought the .pdf of the Bloodstone Lands today but on my first read through it I didn't see any mention of Harper activity.
Any info on this is much appreciated. |

Posted - 12 Jul 2006 : 01:48:47 Perhaps the Spysong would allow a Harper into their ranks because what the Harper is currently tasked to carry out, is in someway important to the activities of the Spysong itself. Since a little mutual information gathering would be beneficial to both groups, the Spysong might allow a Harper to work with them, but only if they're promised some good intel about that target the Harper currently has in his/her sights.
After that, he's/she's asked to leave.

I agree and disagree. Spysong is all about information gathering and information transfer. A harper spy could be a double-agent in spysong if he was only relaying information to Harpers that he acquired in his spysong role (and vice versa). Of course, in his harper role he'd have to have some magical means of message transferral. However, being an ACTIVE harper agent where you go run down the enemy, save the day, etc.... would probably be outside the scope of their abilities.

I'm not so sure about that.
