Hello, fellow denizens of Candlekeep. I find myself in need of a bit of assistance. Yesterday, I wished to send Wizards of the Coast an email to inquire about one of their FR novel series. But to do so, I must first create a Wizards Help/Forums Account here:

https://accounts.wizards.com/(S(rpcvt1ziwqbswc2xqkq1yd4o))/amlogin.aspx?p_next_page=ask

So I began the process, only to be blocked at that first step. I indicated my date of birth half a dozen times, but whenever I click the "Continue" button, nothing happens. I've noticed that when I put the mouse over the "Continue" button, the following appears at the left bottom corner of my screen:

javascript:_doPostBack('ctl00$Main$CreateButton',")

I have zero experience with coding, so I have no idea what this means. The problem hasn't been corrected as of this morning, some 24 hours after I first encountered it. I'd gladly report it to Wizards myself and not bother anyone here… but to do so I'd have to email them, which I can't do without first creating an account. Catch 22.

Something that might be pertinent is that this is the only part of Wizards' website where I've encountered a problem. As far as I can tell, I can easily navigate through all other parts of their website that are open to non-D&DI subscribers, and have had no problem with all other buttons or tabs I've clicked on.

So, I'd very much appreciate it if someone who already has an account at Wizards' website would take the time to report this apparent glitch. Thank you in advance.

[Note to the mods: I'm not sure if this is the appropriate part of the forums to post this message. If it isn't, I hope you'll move it to the correct location and accept my apologies.]
