The introduction of Szass Tam(A very popular realms character and likely a foe greater than anything any of the characters have ever encountered) had my mouth watering admittedly. Always glad to meet the minions of his omnipotence as well.
Barrabus/ Entreri's further commentary talking about Jarlaxle further sealed the deal of who he was.
