I'm looking at getting this product from Drivethru. I'd like to know if it's worth getting, or should I skip it. Note, I have the FRCS (3e) on my hard drive right now.

The reason is, I'm setting my new Campaign in the Dales, and I'd like to get all the information on that political region I can get. So, is the Dalelands good or awful?

It's not awful. One other source to consider would be Volo's Guide to the Dalelands. They complement each other very well.
