This seems to be a rather odd question
If you mean Candlekeep the website then
http://www.candlekeep.com/index.html
If you mean in the PnP Campaign setting then you need a book(Im preety sure it has to be worth 5-10,000 gp)
If you mean in the computer game Baldurs Gate and Goriion has died then you will have to wait until much later in the game, you cant get in till then
