Is the representative of Scardale man or woman? The name seems very confusing and I was unable to find stats to check.

In some rulebooks and in BG1 she is female and in Grand Tour of Realms male - Liia Jannath (CG hm W16)
There seems to be a lot of grideles of feminity/masculinity in the Realms

She must have accidentally gone into a wild magic area and rolled really bad on the wild surge..........

I think they are trying to confuse us on purpose.

It's only a feminine name on Earth.

Actually I was asking if that person is male of female. ;)
But I found it myself. Still thank you all!
He is man, now I know that for sure (after finding hm in "The Dalelands" rulebook).

this advisory body, and the advisors regularly send word back to their respective nations. The current lord is Myriam Beechwood, a

Dales Council to point out this outrage and that atrocity committed by the occupying forces, and demanding that Scardale be returned to
self-rule as soon as possible."

Its also rather out of date didnt all the occupying powers leave after the plague broke out in Scardale?

He is a non-voting representative of Scardale, and just a provisional member of the council governing the state.
