I'm kinda confused over something. The module Castle Spulzeer states that the castle lies in Thethyr, while the FRCS claims it lies in eastern Amn. Which one is correct for 1374 DR?

Castle Spulzeer is near Riatavin, Riatavin ceded from Amn in 1370 this may account for the nationality change of Catle Spulzeer
