King ArchCEV was banned for repeatedly posting homophobic contents after being warned not to do so. The posts have been taken down and are most likely not to be reposted, EDIT: Copper Elven Vampire came back as Archfey of Debauchery and King Libertine as an attempt to circumvent the ban.
So if you see a brand-new scribe who - for example - specifically asks about Curudin Ahmaquissar, you are likely dealing with the same poster.
