I have a player planning on making a Druid/Monk. Obviously he is stuck being Lawful Neutral, that we know. What sucks is, there isn't any material out there that combines the aspects of both class.
So we homebrewed a feat called "Ascetic Avenger", where your monk and druid levels stack for the purpose of unarmed strike damage and number of usages for wild shape along with wild empathy. (we added the wild empathy since you're stuck being LN to pull this combo off)
Now for the race, he found the perfect one to fit his character's theme and story and background. He wants it to be a Lupin (not sure what 1E or 2E product it originated, but they brought it into 3rd Edition via Dragon Magazine and then onwards to Dragon Compendium Volume One).
My question is, is there any official info about Lupins being present in the Realms? If not, what regions are the best places for members of this race to hail from?
Fortunately their history meshes very well with the nature deities plus Selune. So I'm not worried about their origins and religious background. I need a good home region for them. Definitely the Shaar, but I don't want to limit it to one region. The Shaar and the High Forest (only a few small tribes there, I want) and some other grassy region with some forests sprinkled throughout.
Thanks to any who can offer such help.

You beat me to the punch by mere seconds, KEJR. I'd also like to add the following topic, as it's more or less the same as what Razz is asking: http://forum.candlekeep.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7439 |
One usually has far more to fear from the soft-spoken wizard with a blade and well-worn boots than from the boisterous one in the ivory tower. My Tabletop Writing CV. |
