Evonne Linden's last (or most recent) appearance in Realmslore is in Chapter 27 of Jenna Helland's The Fanged Crown. The specific time and location, as given in the header of that chapter, is the 4th day of Flamerule, the Year of the Ageless One (1479 DR), at Kinnard Keep, in the kingdom of Tethyr.
I'll not give the specifics of how and why Evonne came to be there (or even how and why she came to be alive!), in the interest of not spoiling the twists and turns of this most excellent and exciting novel.
And since none of Candlekeep's scholars were up to the task on this question, I still have the floor. I'll propose another question on the morrow.

Well, let me just say, in my own defence, I've yet to actually read this novel. The Lady K is a Helland-fan, thus it's currently sitting in her immediate "To-Read" stack. And I know from experience that I should never attempt to remove anything from that stack!

That's probably not a good idea. Because I'm suddenly imagining myself and the Lady K in a scenario very similar to The Simpsons parody of that scene, which originally featured Bart and Homer.

Hmm, my guess would be Dinin Do'Urden.
SPOILERS! (involving Drizzt Do'urden)
I think the riddle refers to the events from the book Homeland to The Legacy. Dinin was a member of House Do'Urden, the Tenth House of Menzoberranzan at the beginning of Homeland. Dinin was the Secondboy of Matron Malice's male children, but not the second of her male and female children.
However, when House Do'Urden defeated Fourth House DeVir to move up to Ninth House, Dinin murders his elder brother Nalfein, and indirectly saves his younger brother Drizzt. Thus, when the house is no longer Tenth, neither is he Secondboy, but Elderboy.
Later, when House Do'Urden falls to House Baenre, Dinin goes into exile with Bregan D'aerthe, thus becoming "no more", until his sister Vierna turns him into a drider. Subsequently he is slain by Bruenor Battlehammer.
Whew! |

Okay fellow scribes, my entry for the trivia challenge has one cautionary footnote: The question makes a bit of a deductive leap, but given the lore, seemed reasonable and possible to me.
What daring individual, known to visit Waterdeep a time or two, unwittingly holds captive the Archmage of fallen Unticzer?

It passed through many hands before ending in Tostyn Alaerthmaugh's hoard, a young adult mercury dragon lairing in Everlake, and where it lies to this day, still unopened. |

Correct Kilvan! Working off the Grand History of the Realms entries and the "Wyrms of the North" online article, I noticed the identical descriptions and thought it would be a nice challenge.
Also, edappel is correct as well! I took the quote from one of the flavor text at the bottom of page 100 of the Complete Spacefarers Handbook. But because its from the Spelljammer universe, I think its outside the challenge rules.
