I'm not sure I like the idea of having both an image and text, though. It does kinda feel more "commercial" and less "scholarly." But maybe that's just me.

                      | Here are two other versions - one variant of the flame and one without.

I could also animate the flame using Flash.

                      | They are hosted on a server which I pay for, so I see no reason that you wouldn't be able to view them, unless your ISP is blocking Network Solutions servers. It's possible the host was down temporarily (try again) but if people have a problem viewing them I can host them elsewhere.

                      | I would go with number one. I think it looks better without the flame.
Both of them looks great though.

                      | I like both, tending toward option 1 (without the flame). I think the flame as a D is maybe a little confusing in option 2.
An animated flame would be pretty cool, though!

                      | The flame version was really just for fun. The original was without the flame and meant to be the primary logo. I have never had more fun designing a logo than I did with this one. |

                      | That was unexpected. Change has never been my thing, but in a couple of days I will have gotten used to it. Don't get me wrong, I like the logo, its just that it still "surprises" my eyes each time I look at the top of the page. |

                      | I like it. Sharp, distinctive, and legible. Not too gaudy or confusing. Good job, nefarious.
Just an idea on some other kind of logo, perhaps for another page on the site, perhaps some time far off in the future . . .

How about a combination of the symbols for Oghma, Deneir, Gond, Milil, etc., who supposedly are/have been favored within these hallowed grounds?

Perhaps with the symbol from the Keep's Inner Ward Token described in Volo's Guide to the Sword Coast?

Perhaps animated, to reveal each in sequence?

I apologize in advance that I don't even know how to begin to do what I've suggested, here.

(The Inner Ward Token's symbol might also be a good image for a "Click here to enter"-type of application.)
