It just occured to me that I have not properly introduced myself properly!

The Icewolf stands up, and bows, "I am The Icewolf."

I live in the USA, and I am 19. I enjoy pretty much anything that resembles an RPG. I got into D&D specifically when I was about 10 years old. My babysitter played, and when I showed an interest, she helped me roll up a character (a halfling beast-rider,I named him Ice, because I was 10, and the name sounded cool at the time, he also had his beast as a white wolf, named Wulf.) and started me in her adventure.
After my dad learned that I played the game, he took me out and bought me my own set of dice (which I still have!). I played for the better part of a year, when I moved away, and kind of got out of the groove.
A few years back, I recieved the 3.0 version of the PHB as a Christmas gift, and have since bought the rest of the core books. Timing and circumstance have kept me from purchasing, every book I can find, but I am planning on that to change in the very near future. >:)
I have a group of 2 in the area that I am just now getting, and hoping to expand, but I am having trouble finding people who are wanting to play AND can string to coherent words together...

Anyway, I'm rambling, and I will tend to do so from time to time...just take my Glove of Smacking +3 and use it to shut me up :)

Yes, and enjoy Alaundo's private wine cellar too! Err, I mean, don't follow the example of the other drow, not me, I would never do such a thing

Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore-
While i nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.

Hail, my good fellow!

I'm Arion local elven-culture "knowledgeer", resident bard and all around gadfly and troublemaker here at Candlekeep.

Don't let Alaundo enchant you into dusting...I've been doing it for YEARS....

My latest Realms-based short story, about a bard, a paladin of Lathander and the letter of the law, Debts Repaid. It takes place before the "shattering" and gives the bard Arion a last gasp before he plunges into the present.http://candlekeep.com/campaign/logs/log-debts.htm

Well met, Icewolf

May I firstly apologise for my late arrival to welcome you at the entrance hall, I see my fellow scribes have taken care of you and welcomed you within.

So indeed welcome, and I hope you find much knowledge and enjoyment within our library.
