Today marks my third year here at this lofty keep. Though it feels like I have been here since the dawn of time . . .
Here’s to more wonderful, fun years!

Thanks, Thauranil.
I was about to place a brimming beer icon after “Yes, to another three!” but realized such icon does not exist. Mods, can we have a beer icon please? |

Yeah congratz Dennis, approaching your 10K pretty quick. I'm only about 2-3 years behind you. |

Thanks. When I reached 2k and became a Great Reader, I stopped counting my posts. What do we get again when we reach 10k? A SagePhone? A SageComputer? An all-expense paid vacation to Sage’s mansion? Oh . . . a new title of our own choosing. Right. Can’t say it matters that much to me. The first three sound more . . . appealing.
Anyway, there are (somewhat) obvious reasons that explain my relatively big post count: a lot of interesting topics to discuss about (duh!), a lot of great people to talk to (including the august authors), and maybe, just maybe, Sage’s loose gremlins are messing with the actual number. |

| Dennis, don't act like you haven't spent hours deciding on the perfect unique title! |

This seems like a good place for a SageQuestion then ...
How often can one's choice of special title be changed? Once per 10K posts? |

I’m no Mod, but in other forums where I’m also a member of, once you reach a certain post count, you can change your title anytime. As long as it’s not every day of course, nor every hour. |

| I think the basic "number of post" titles may be automatic at certain thresholds (Senior Scribe ~350, I believe), with custom titles being the purview of admins/mods. |
