Hello. I'm new to this forum and D&D in general.
I’m trying to find the name of a MAGIC ITEM that allows the wearer to rebuke or command plant creatures ((I think once a day)) as a cleric with the granted powers of the plant domain. If I remember correctly, it costs around 1000-1500 gp and is created using the control plants spell.
 Sadly, I don't know which 3e or 3.5e book I read it in.
Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
