Racial Abilities

Bow bonus - +1 bonus to attack rolls with long or short bows.
Infravision - 120' infravision range for dark elves.
Resistance 90% - 90 percent resistant to sleep and charm-related spells.
Secret doors - Because of their acute senses, elves are quick to spot concealed doors and hidden entranceways. Merely passing within 10' of a concealed door allows an elf a one-in-six chance (a 1 on 1d6) to notice it. If actively searching, an elf's chances improve to a two-in-six chance (1 or 2 on 1d6) to find secret doors, and a three-in-six chance (1, 2, or 3 on 1d6) to notice a concealed door.
Stealth - When the elf is alone and is not wearing metal armor, he gains a bonus to surprise opponents. The opponent suffers a -4 penalty, a -2 if the elf has to open a door.
Sword bonus - +1 bonus to attack rolls when using a long or short sword.

Character Description and History

I was born into House E'pan, 22nd House of Menzoberranzan. My sister taught me how to manipulate the world around me by the arcane ways. But it did not satisfy me. I wanted more power than I had at that time and I was not a elf known for my patience.

At the meager age of 27 I slit a fellow drow's throat for a wonderful sword he held at his waist. A potent item it was indeed. I soon could cut any purse away from it's owner with the speed and agility of a displacer beast. Stealing has always been good, but with the aid of my spells I thought the Underdark to be mine, until I mindlessly murdered a official from the 18th House of Menzoberranzan for a petty wand. I was recognized by her followers and it soon erupted into a dual House Battle. My house fell within a few days, but in the chaos I used some choice spells to escape the slaughter. I had two choices: Either I could join the elusive band called the Bregan D'aerth, or flee the city all together and make my way to the appealing and mysterious lighted world of Toril. I was able to charm a few humans to become my companions after they tried to slay me.

I have learned a great deal from this new world, and I find it exciting and full of adventure, finding a fat purse within easy reach where ever I go, but I now long for the Underdark and it's deep and treacherous caverns...
