I was just wondering if anyone could explain this.
This ability lets the Grunt make a number more attacks equal to his str modifier, but never exceeding one half of his class level, always lvled down.
At the moment I am a lvl 9, Str 23 with a +6 modifer. If anyone could tell me what exactly the top ability does and how it affects my character that would be great.

Okay, wild guess time, with reasonable logic (honest ) I'm guessing it adds on to the number of attacks you have per round, (though it doesn't specify what kind of attacks they are) so since you have a +6 modifier, that would mean six extra attacks the round you used this feat, except your only level 9, cut in half 4.5, rounded down, 4, so you get four more attacks that round than your normal ones.

Figures. For once I'm stuck without my laptop, or any of my various sources of D&D information. Oh well. I'm sure someone else will be along to confirm what Malanthius just said.
Hmm, I see that the Grand Roll of Scribes has just been updated; and I see that someone has just gotten an extra star. Quick, run -- I think I hear the sound of someone with some scrollwork coming this way, bent on delivering them! |

It is an ability used by an Orc Grunt. I downloaded the character off of www.Community3e.com. |

Interesting site. I'll have to take a closer look at it . . . .
However, I don't see this feat there. It isn't in the Orc list . . . . |

Strange. Well, click on the link which brings you to the main page. Then click on the "New Classes" link. Go to Pg 2 of the classes. About halfway down is the Orc Grunt. It only takes a few seconds to download, in which the feat is located.
Here is the full feat as it is listed....
Starting at lvl 2 the Orc Grunt may perform Hurricane Assault. This ability lets the Grunt make a number more attacks equal to his Str modifier, but never exceeding one half of his class lvl, always rounded down.
(Oh yeah, I checked again and it states that the attack bonus, for a lvl 9, is +9/+4. I am going to take a guess that means he can attack twice. Eventually, it reaches 3 different attack onus and by lvl 16 4 attack bonus) |

Ah . . . I thought it was a feat. Okay, I'll go back and look at it tomorrow. I'm too exhausted now. |

This is not a feat. It is an ability specific to this class only. The +9/+4 does mean that your PC has two attacks using these bonuses per round. I am assuming that the incorporation of this ability to the attack bonus is your problem, since the ability itself is easy enough to determine?.
