Seasons Greetings to everyone here!
Long-time lurker on these boards saying hello from the southern part of Quebec. It was about time I did so, since I've been spending more and more time here, and less and less on the wotc forum (where I go by the moniker of RedGlacier.)
So, nice to meet everyone, and please excuse any errors I make, as English is not my first language.
P.S. Expect some thread necromancy as I sift through the General FR Chat (many good threads there!)

Welcome to Candlekeep!
Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here!
As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay!
And I'm guessing, from your name, that you are a fellow Spelljammer fan? |

I like it alright, but I didn't know the Deck Apes were introduced in Spelljammer. Mind you, this just makes me like it even more.
I got into D&D with the 3rd edition, so I learned about Hadozees in the Stormwrack supplement. |

Yeah, I thought that they were updated in one of the 3E books that I never bothered with... I'm more familiar with them from Spelljammer, obviously. Spelljammer was my first love among D&D supplements, and it's where my own username comes from. |

Welcome to the Keep. |
"These things also I have observed: that knowledge of our world is to be nurtured like a precious flower, for it is the most precious thing we have. Wherefore guard the word written and heed words unwritten and set them down ere they fade . . . Learn then, well, the arts of reading, writing, and listening true, and they will lead you to the greatest art of all: understanding." Alaundo of Candlekeep |
