I hereby have pleasure in presenting a vast number of new scrolls and tomes of lore here at Candlekeep. This release sees the release of the Candlekeep Compendium - Volume II, containing numerous articles of quality Realmslore penned by our resident scribes. In addition, we have an excellent piece of work by Micheal Mueller and the collated digest version of Ed Greenwoods Q&A here at Candlekeep - many thanks to Kuje for the time and effort on this. So without further delay, herein are the latest items at Candlekeep...
1) The Candlekeep Compendium - Volume II is released! The latest tome of Realmslore, produced at Candlekeep is now available. Featuring excellent articles of Realmslore penned by some of our resident scribes, there should be something for everyone. Many hours of work have gone into producing this collection, we hope you enjoy the wealth of information within.
2) An absoutely stunning piece of work by Michael Mueller: A detailed 'fold-up paper model of Elminster's Tower' is available here at Candlekeep. This is a 2.9MB ZIP\PDF and can be downloaded from the Wonderous Treasures and Traveler's Notebooks sections as well as Michael's Gallery of Faerun.
3) The 'Questions for Ed Greenwood' thread on the Candlekeep Forum is now available at Candlekeep in a digest form in both HTML and PDF. So Saith Ed, collated by Scott Kujawa and formatted at Candlekeep can be found in the Realmslore section.
4) An valuable and extensive Code of the Purple Dragon Knights, by Rick Snider, in the Traveler's Notebooks section.
5) Fabian Vega has provided a list of male and female 'human names' for use in the Realms. Download the PDF in the Traveler's Notebooks section.
6) Updated the Best of the Realms book II: The Stories of Ed Greenwood page with a list of all short stories contained within the anthology.
7) Updated product information pages for Maiden of Pain and Elminster's Daughter.
8) A campaign in a day - Deverien Valandil presents 25 chapters of Upon this Fateful Day, each covering a single hour of a day. Located in the Campaign Logs section.
9) An update for the Fellaren-Krae project, by Rob Current: Theman's Caravan Repairs, along with business related NPC's Theman and Aldri Longlegs. Iam and Son's Metalworkers with Vurkull Iamson and two other NPC's Marken and Widow Elsa.
10) A timeline for the Cult of Tiamat, by Jamey Martin, provided as an accompaniment to the And Dragons Shall Rule campaign journals.
11) An update from Steve Allen for his Rooms of Undermountain: The Level 2 room descriptions and map have been updated.
12) An article of lore detailing The Forbidden Enclave - a Thayan enclave in Scardale, by Jared Rascher, located in the Traveler's Notebooks section.
13) Added the official art gallery link for City of Splendors to the Gallery of Faerūn.
