SotSC is a large and expansive world set in the Forgotten Realms setting. Epic adventure, exploration, and roleplay are the themes of this PW which is bristling with PC ran power guilds and political intrigue. We have a large player base which is growing everyday, and we work hard to make a stunning visual world for the PCs to immerse themselves in.

Shadows of the Sword Coast, or SotSC, is a hardcore PW with a custom scripted rules system which is unique in the NWN community. A fully persistant world, SotSC has persistant locations, death, and much more. We feature player housing, guild strongholds, and an alternative to the "Kill goblins for a month to get to level 5" PW scene that is so prevalent in NWN. A challenge based PW, SotSC aims at high adventure and epic quests; even at low levels. We use both NWN expansions, SoU and HotU, and allow players to attain the maximum level. This is not easy, not because of super low XP as most servers, but because our system requires that one perform epic acts to get epic levels. And the XP rewards for such acts are high. A large and expansive world, SotSC includes the major cities of Waterdeep, Baldurs Gate, Athkatla, Beregost, Candlekeep, Ust'Natha, Nashkel, and Silverymoon. Our server runs 24/7 on a 10mb up and down line for maximum performance. You can find it in the Roleplaying section under "Shadows of Sword Coast", or direct connect at: 69.93.91.42

Some Player Quotes (from NWvault reviews):

"After a couple years of NWN, and a couple pretty decent servers (Paths of Ascension and The Nexus) I finally found a good roleplay server. Possibly the best module in the Roleplay category, especially for Forgotten Realms fans. I've been playing for about a month and have had a great time roleplaying and exploring. I've brought about 5 of my friends here that all love it, several of which are totally addicted... which is hard to do now since weve been playing so long. Huge replayability, about as close to real Pen and Paper rules that you're gonna find."
-Artemis_TheFalse

"A vast world with high realism. Simply fantastic, high magic, high rewards. If you want something different from all the other worlds out there SotSC is a must. They don't know the meaning of the word nerfed."

On another note the server is about to go through a vault wipe, where alot of new content is being added to the world. 20 new custom tilesets, over two dozen new creatures, new quests in areas like the High Forest, Undermountain and Baator, new custom music and more.

Sounds interesting indeed, VampZyc! I trust that I can look your PW up on NeverWinterConnections?
