I have been trying to figure out what's beneath Suzail in the way of potential underdark encounters. I can't seem to find anything definitive in Driz'zt's Guide or Underdark.

Anyone know what might be down there?

Any chance that the serpent kingdom of Najara has tunnels or caverns that extend that far east?

page 213 of FRCS shows Sschindylryn ( large city, 15,000) under the kings forest of Cormyr. It's a little NW of the capital, but with 15,000 Drow running around, I would assume some tunnels, settlements, etc. could work their way more in the direction you were looking for.

Their's also the crystal grot, the source of sapphires for the Obarskyr family. Stumbling into that could be almost as deadly as stumbling into a drow community. Of course its location has never been specified exactly, so it may not lay directly below Suzail.

Volo's guide to Cormyr has a brief write up on it and it is available as a free download from wizards.

Didnt the Drow attack Cormyr and enslaved a large number of citzens including some nobles and took them back to the Underdark?

Hmm... I've been working on a campaign based more on roleplaying than hack & slash in Cormyr, and a drow city would fit in nicely with that...

Endure, and in enduring grow strong
