I was just reading over a listing of Cormyrean nobility and found that a few members belong to this group. I'm drawing a total blank on what this group is... give me a hand anyone? Just a quick synopsis would be nice.

Men of the Basilisk are featured in the Good Ol' Grey FR Boxed Set, and Eric L. Boyd wrote of them (and their lair in the ruins of the Battlegate, the former seat of the Auantiver family) in some issue of the Polyhedron magazine.

Well met

I believe they are a group of bandit slavers, operating in the area around Ilipur and Pros on the Dragon Coast. As to how many members are in the group, and the leadership\hierarchy, I know not.

Polyhedron #144.

They're also briefly covered in the Forgotten Realms Adventures hardback.
