I just noted this on the WotC site... Not having read The Howling Delve, I'm not sure how or where this ties in to the book...

Thanks for finding this, Wooly. :) I've been looking for it to show up for about a week.

This is a companion short story I wrote for The Howling Delve. It can be read before or after reading the book, and is intended to showcase an event that I couldn't work into the final novel. Enjoy!

Mod edit: Tweaked the coding to make the title italicized.

Not a problem! I noticed it this morn, and though I've not yet read the book, I decided to provide the link for those who have.

I'm glad you did, I was dying to know more about the Wraiths, and now I do. Thanks Jaleigh!

Seeing Meisha as a wraith should be interesting. I'll read it when I have the chance.

"Instead of asking why we sleep, it might make sense to ask why we wake. Perchance we live to dream. From that perspective, the sea of troubles we navigate in the workaday world might be the price we pay for admission to another night in the world of dreams."
