Does anyone know who is Zapkhiel or what is Zapkhiel?
Where he or she lives?
Does he or she serve to anygod?
And more questions like these.
Does anyone know?

Zapkhiel, The Watcher, is the ruler of the Seventh layer of Celestia. It is not a he nor a she, but a a maelstrom of golden energy that can take a humanoid form. He has an entry in the Book of Exalted Deeds.

Zapkhiel does not serve any gods, but the celestials serve it and Zapkhiel gives advice and provides wise counsel to the other members of Hebdomad. This guy is very powerful, with a CR of 32.

Do you know If Zapkhiel is an archon or an aasimon?
And ý heard that even Tyr doesn't know his true nature.

Zaphkiel is an archon. Supposedly, all mortals who have seen it either die coz Zaphkiel is too holy or they will turn into its servants of good, which is partly why this archon is so mysterious.

All mortals who see Zapkhiel die?
That guy should be extremely powerful.
Don't you think that 32 CR is a bit low for him?
And Is he the most powerful Archon?
And If he is the toughest archon who is the toughest aasimon or angel?
I know I am asking too much but I must learn them.

Not nessarily die. It's more like you either become a servant of good or die. Lol.

A CR of 32 is not low for him, considering that the characters from the Book of Exalted Deeds has to balance with the ones from the Book of Vile Darkness. Think about this, Lord Asmodeus, the ruler of the Nine Hells has a CR of 32 too. It's just a balance between good and evil so that one side wouldn't dominate the other.

Asmodeus has a level of Clr 32? I have the book, but have not yet gotten to it...
I rather thought Asmodeus was much more powerful, considering that he is the ruler of the Hells. If he is a Clr 32, then how come Halaster (in Elminster in Hell) could only befuddle him at the best, and even that was done with a divine gifted spell... I am not doubting the validity of your statement, just wondering...

Moonharp, there's also other factors involved too. I just mentioned the CR coz I don't wanna put all of Zaphkiel's or Asmodeus's stats here. Asmodeus has many other abilities that Elminster or Halaster wouldn't have such as the spell-like abilities and his very large and diverse arsenal of spells. Also, the Lord of the Ninth Hell has his ruby rod, which is a very powerful artifact.

Thanks for clearing that up... Yes, I assume that a lord of the Hells would have more diversified skills and powers than either of the two mages mentioned... I will have to read the tome afterall... And soon, I guess. Thanks.

First I found an illustration of him as ý was searching for inormation about individual angels and archons in FR.(I really like those guys)
And a little information on a website(which is closed now).
As I was searching for information about him.
I found many archons such as raziel, barrachiel, erathaol vs.
And I got very confused.

Finally I decided to buy a book of exalted deeds.
I hope I will find what I am looking for in that book.

Seeker Gothmog,

Here you are:

Zaphkiel, the Watcher: Ruler of Chronias and leader of the Hebdomad. Only gods and the Hebdomad saw him without either perishing or being absorbed into the essence of the mountain

http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Celestial_paragon

You can also find the primary source as the Book of Exalted Deeds.

Best regards,
