For those of you who don't visit the Worlds of D&D Forums, the sister . . . erm, little niece site of Candlekeep, I thought I'd put up a link to an index of feats I've been working on. It's not exhaustive, and it's not supposed to be official source material. It's an index for use by people who don't want to bounce from book to book when attempting to plan out a character.
To a limited extent, it can be used to answer questions on how the feat works, but please don't exclusively use it for that; when I was shortening the descriptions, a few times I noticed mistakes -- and once I missed a line and created something munckins would love. The point is, if you want to find out exactly what a feat says, don't use this list. If you want to find out where it is and understand what it at least seems to say, this is good.
I'll add to it when I have the time -- I'm taking a break for now. I still have to finish the epic and psionic feats, but other than that the list represents every 3.5e feat I had access to at the time of its posting. I hope you enjoy it.

Site extremely hostile to my browser , Netscape , It caused me a lock up and mostly displayed code. There was not detected any hostile intent, just at this point appears to be incompatible. |

Ker repeated this without understanding. "After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first." This is very strange to hear, as the site has been tested on several browsers including Netscape, IE and Mozilla Firefox (and even Sages homebrew browser).
If you could provide me with information as to what version you are running, we can run checks.

A totally unrelated topic, but since you use Netscape, may I introduce you to the wonders of Mozilla Firefox? |

I don't want to steer this off topic anymore, but Alaundo asked me to check into this one, and let you know.
I have tested the site using the latest version of Netscape which is 7.2 and all areas of the site function fine.
I don't know if there is anything specific about 7.01 which would cause a problem, but I shouldn't imagine so. We have several members who do use Netscape as their default browser.

Problem my end, for Security reason I do not enable Java. One of the applets or other aspect of Java locked up my browser. |

| That'll do it. I just got a new computer myself -- the old Internet box was allergic to the front page of the WoDnD site, as well as a few others, and I'm pretty sure it had to do with some kind of Java problem. (It was enabled, but wasn't working.) |

Once getting past Java issue, it does look like a very good list. Nice work. |

After a long time of not being there, and having this feat list on my mind, I stopped by Crystal Keep. As I stated on Worlds of D&D, I based this design off of the feat list they had up for 3e, but (I thought) improved on it in several ways, namely the fact that mine is cross-referenced.
Well, they’ve since put up a 3.5e feat list. I never looked at it until I downloaded it just a moment ago. That said, I invite you to look at the similarity. I’m almost tempted to say that someone stole it from me, but from the time stamp on the file, any such accusations would be more likely going the other way.
::sigh:: Now I feel like it was a wasted effort. |

| By the way, I certainly give kudos, props, and whatever else such things to whomever wrote up the chart of which race gets which Realms region that they stuck towards the end there. |

I wouldn't worry too much about all of that . You've friends here at Candlekeep. Friends who appreciate the time and effort you have put into creating your Grand Index. And so, I'm fairly certain that these same friends will always look to your composition first, than the work of any other... simply because we are a community here, and a community always shares ideas.

Well, it seems the author didn't cross-reference the way I did, and he didn't group similar names, so mine might be easier to go through when you're looking for what might be good for a character (rather than a specific feat).
Though I thought mine had a lot of categories. |
