Good Gods have Paladins but what about Evil Gods? Would they have something like an evil version of paladins to champion them?

The evil version of the paladin is the Blackguard, detailed in quite a few sourcebooks

The Unearthed Arcana has paladin varients for chaotic good, lawful evil and chaotic evil. While the changes are very minor, they fit the flavor very well.
