I'd like to see an update of some kind for the Dales, or something about the Dales council and its operation - see the discussion thread for more details. |
Life is either daring adventure or nothing. |

Reefy's topic description:
Dalelands Campaign Update The final chapters of the Final Gate span many years in a scant few pages. Given an Zhentarim invasion of Shadowdale in tandem with a successful conquest of Hillsfar, a Sembian invasion of Mistledale, Battledale and Featherdale, an Elven Invasion of Myth Drannor to counter a Fey Ri invasion of Myth Drannor, how do the Dalelands look at the end of the current year? What influence does the Crusader Kingdom of Myth Drannor hold, and how are they interacting with their neighbors?

I'd definitely like to see this, but I don't think it's something Ed is likely to write about. However, I was going to suggest a piece about what happened in the Dales on Shieldmeet 1372, or the Dales Councils of 1373 or 1374. I think Ed would be great at doing this, because I think the mechanics of politics is one of his strong suits, and I'd certainly love to get a better understanding of how things work in the Dales. Something not unlike the section on the Silver Marches' council, from the sourcebook of the same name would be great. Anyone else have anything to say on this? I'll nominate it in the other thread if it seems popular... |

My nomination is the jungles of Chult. I really like that place. |

Note: As previously mentioned, if we have more than 10 succesfull nominees, we will run a set of polls to narrow the field down to ten, and then we will take the final poll.

I'd love to see some articles about the Dawn Cataclysm, or about Saints of the Realms, or about the 7 traditional Bardic Schools of Falataer, but since I've already seconded a vote I can't even nominate one of these subjects, but I think that bringing them up for someone else's nomination is ok... |
